How do I install my Mycube safe?
Every Mycube safe comes with a pre-drilled floor and a complete bolt-down kit. Simply follow the included instruction manual to secure your safe to a shelf, floor, or cabinet for maximum security.
What is the warranty period for your products?
We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our safes. If your safe ever fails to function properly due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What happens if the battery dies on my digital lock?
Each safe includes an emergency override key. We recommend keeping this key in a secure location outside of your safe. Once opened, you can easily replace the internal AA batteries to restore digital keypad functionality.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my safe if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The safe must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Are Mycube safes fireproof?
While our standard models focus on high-end theft protection and organization, we do offer specific Fire-Rated models that provide up to 1 hour of protection at temperatures reaching 1700 degrees Fahrenheit.
