At Mycube Safe, we stand behind the security and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your home safe, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the safe in its original heavy-duty packaging with all included hardware, keys, and documentation to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
